He is a Professor of English, Govt. Arts College, Coimbatore, Business Leadership Coach, Motivator & H.R. Facilitator. His education qualifications are M.A., M.Phil., and P.hD.

He represented India and got trained by world leadership academy, Japan. He is a certified Quality auditor and trainer from the Indian Institute of Quality Management and certified trainer by British Council for University of Cambridge Business English.

He is also a prominent Business Counsellor. In the last 14 years G.S has been involved in designing, organizing & conducting various Business Leadership Coaching and training programs to different groups of audience. He has shared his message with more than 4,000 audiences and over 1 million people in India and 9 different countries.
